The short poem by Teresa of Avila (1515-1582) was found in her prayerbook after her death in 1582, known as St. Teresa's Bookmark". Here are the words of Teresa's "bookmark" in Spanish:Nada te turbe; nada te espante; todo se pasa; Dios no se muda, la paciencia todo lo alcanza. Quien a Dios tiene, nada le falta.
